1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Idea Incubator™ (the "Service") provided by FAR CNCPT LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to the Idea Incubator™ name, logo, "Ideas as Code" concept, software, algorithms, user interface, design, and all related intellectual property, are owned by FAR CNCPT LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the ideas, content, and materials you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

3. Proprietary Technology

The following are proprietary technologies and concepts owned exclusively by FAR CNCPT LLC:

Ideas as Code™: The methodology of applying version control semantics to idea management
Idea Branching System: The architecture for creating parallel exploration paths for ideas
Multi-Facet Idea Model: The data model for representing ideas across multiple dimensions
Perspective-Based Views: The system for viewing ideas from different stakeholder viewpoints
AI Mentor Integration: The implementation of AI-assisted idea refinement and validation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Impersonate any person or entity

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAR CNCPT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FAR CNCPT LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
